Finance Commission Disclosure
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is an independent organisation that regulates Financial Services Products in the UK. It requires us to use the information that you provide to decide if our financial products and services are right for you.
We will offer you Financial and Insurance products after we have assessed your individual needs and requirements. We will introduce you to our Lenders (currently Volkswagen Financial Services or Black Horse Finance) and act as a Broker between you and them. We may also introduce you to other Lenders if Volkswagen Financial Services or Black Horse Finance are unable to offer you suitable Finance or Insurance Products.
We have a responsibility to you to ensure that the Products and Services we offer and present to you fully meet your needs, that you are treated fairly and that you fully understand such. We do not charge a fee for this service, but we will receive a commission from the Lender, and the exact amount of such a commission will be fully disclosed to you.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance Product advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.
